Getting Started
Click GET STARTED at the top of any page and choose the plan that best fits your schedule and needs. From there, I'll get you set up and we'll start building toward your goals.
Not at all. I work with clients of all fitness levels — from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Programs are fully customized to meet you exactly where you are right now.
Absolutely — this is a big part of who I work with. Your body's needs shift with age, after having kids, and through perimenopause, and a generic plan that ignores those changes is exactly why so many programs stop working. Your training and nutrition are built around your hormones, your recovery, and your life stage — so you're working with your body, not against it.
Yes — a free strategy call. After you submit your intake form, I'll reach out for a no-pressure conversation to get to know your goals, schedule, and lifestyle before building your program. No hard sell and no obligation — just clarity on whether it's the right fit.
Yes — I'm currently accepting new clients for both in-person and online coaching. Spots are limited to keep coaching quality high, so it's worth reaching out sooner rather than later.
Programs & Training
Yes — I carry full liability insurance for both in-person and online coaching, so you're covered every time we train together. Paired with programming built around any injuries or conditions you have, it means you can show up and focus on the work knowing the safety side is handled.
In-person training takes place at my private studio in South Surrey and includes hands-on coaching, real-time form correction, and direct accountability. Online coaching delivers the same level of personalization — custom workouts, nutrition, and weekly check-ins — accessible from anywhere in the world.
Most clients train 3–5 days per week depending on their goals and availability. Your program is built around your schedule — not the other way around. Online clients access everything through the Revolution Fitness app.
Hybrid coaching combines the best of both worlds — you receive a full online coaching program plus regular live sessions with me, over Zoom or in person if you're local. It's ideal if you want flexibility during the week but still value face-to-face accountability and instruction.
Programs are designed around whatever equipment you have access to — whether that's a full gym, a home setup with dumbbells, or minimal equipment. I'll account for your situation from day one.
Yes! The 2-on-1 Partner Duo program lets you train alongside a friend, partner, or family member with me coaching you both simultaneously. It's a great way to stay motivated together while splitting the session cost.
I program around it. Share any injuries, limitations, or conditions your doctor has flagged, and your plan is adapted so you can train safely while still making progress. If anything falls outside what's safe to coach through, I'll tell you honestly and help point you toward the right support. Your safety always comes first.
No. Building large amounts of muscle takes years of very heavy, specialized training and a serious surplus of food. For most women, strength training does the opposite — it shapes and tightens your body, strengthens your bones, and boosts your metabolism so you burn more even at rest. That lean, "toned" look is built with weights, not avoided by skipping them.
Nutrition
Yes. All programs include nutrition coaching — custom macro targets, meal guidance, supplement recommendations, and ongoing adjustments. I believe that training and nutrition are inseparable when it comes to real, lasting results.
No crash diets, no eliminating food groups. I use a flexible, sustainable approach to nutrition that fits into your life — social events, travel, family meals and all. The goal is a lifestyle change, not a temporary fix.
Absolutely. Nutrition is adjusted regularly based on your progress, check-ins, and evolving goals. What works in month one may not be the optimal strategy in month three, and I stay on top of that for you.
Results & Timeline
Most clients notice meaningful changes within the first 4–6 weeks — increased energy, better sleep, and early body composition shifts. Significant visual results typically take 8–12 weeks with consistent effort. Progress depends on your starting point, adherence, and goals.
Plateaus are a normal part of any fitness journey. When they happen, I actively adjust your program — training variables, nutrition targets, or recovery protocols — to break through them. You're never left to figure it out on your own.
That's what my 100-Day Promise is for: show up and do the work — your workouts, your check-ins, your nutrition — and if the results aren't coming, I'll keep adjusting and coaching you until they are. The one condition is that you follow the plan, since results can't be guaranteed for work that doesn't happen. But if you're all in, so am I.
Clients have lost significant body fat, built lean muscle, competed in fitness shows, improved chronic health conditions, and — most importantly — built sustainable habits that last. See real client results here.
Pricing & Billing

Online coaching starts at $295/month and includes a fully customized training and nutrition program delivered through the app, with regular check-ins and messaging support.

Hybrid coaching starts at $375/month, combining your online program with regular in-person sessions for face-to-face accountability.

1-on-1 in-person training is priced by how often you train each week: $120/session if you train once weekly, $110/session for twice weekly, $100/session for 3x weekly, and $90/session for 4+ sessions weekly. The more consistent you are, the better your rate.

Duo (2-on-1) in-person training follows the same structure: $170/session once weekly, $160/session twice weekly, $150/session 3x weekly, and $140/session for 4+ weekly. Because the session cost is shared between two people, it's the most affordable way to train in person.

Nutrition coaching is $497 for a 6-week program, giving you a personalized nutrition plan and ongoing guidance to build habits that last.

Visit the training options page and the nutrition coaching page for full details.

Online and Hybrid coaching are billed monthly through secure checkout. You can cancel anytime — there are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods.
In-person coaching is billed monthly — by credit card, or by e-Transfer if you're in Canada. As with everything else, there's no long-term contract or lock-in.
Because every program is custom-built for you, refunds aren't offered once your plan has been delivered. Instead, I back my coaching with my 100-Day Promise — do the work and if you're not seeing progress, I'll keep working with you toward your goals (see "What if I do everything and still don't see results?" above). And if a concern ever comes up, I'm always happy to work through it with you directly — just reach out.
App & Support
Online clients use the Revolution Fitness app (powered by Trainerize), available on iOS and Android. It's where you'll find your workouts, log progress, send check-ins, and message me directly.
Online clients message me directly inside the app. In-person clients can reach out via text or the app. I typically respond within 24 hours on business days.
No problem at all — just send a message here and I'll get back to you promptly. There are no silly questions when it comes to your health.
